Since our founding in 2022, we've been on a mission to democratize technology and create lasting impact across the globe.
Foundation
XCUXION was founded in Ghana by a group of tech professionals committed to using their skills for social good. Starting with just 15 members, we launched our first training program for underprivileged youth.
Expansion & Structure
We formalized our three-pillar structure: Engineers' Guild, School of Engineering, and Startups Center. Our team expanded to 50 full-time staff and over 200 volunteer engineers.
Digital Transformation
Responding to global challenges, we pivoted to fully digital operations, expanding our reach and impact. Our online learning platform grew to serve over 100,000 students worldwide.
Strategic Partnerships
We formed key partnerships with major tech companies, universities, and international organizations to scale our impact. Our startup incubator celebrated its 100th successful graduate.
